We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of receiving it. Please allow extra time for busy periods, e.g during christmas and the holidays. If you would like to check on the progress of your order, please contact us using the contact form.

Postage charges are outlined below:

UK POSTAGE COSTS:

Standard postage charge is £1.50 for all orders. No charge for postage for additional items in one single transaction.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE COSTS:

Postage charge is £2.50 for Europe, USA, Australia. All other countries the postage charge is £3.50. There is no charge for postage for additional items in one single transaction.

Delivery of items is usually within 3 working days after posting for orders purchased within the UK, however please allow up to 14 working days.

For international orders, delivery of items is usually within 7 working days after posting. However, please allow up to 21 days for your order to arrive.

Returns Policy

Please return items with their original packaging, in an unworn condition to the address below. (Please include your name, address and email address or a copy of your invoice)

> To ensure your returned items reach Atomicflump please use a recorded service or get a certificate of postage from your post office.

> Postage costs for returned items are non refundable, and return postage is the buyers responsibility.

Broken items or problem with your order? 

If your order is faulty or for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return the order to us and we will be happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund it.

Cancelling an order

You are entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of you receiving it. If you wish to cancel, please email us to notify us that you wish to do so. If your order has not been processed at this point, we will cancel and provide a refund. If your order has already been dispatched , you will need to return to order to atomicflump at the above address. Thank you.
