Do you Ship Worldwide?

Yes I ship worldwide so wherever you are you can purchase a little treasure from my store.

 

How much is postage?

Postage is a standard £1.50 for UK and £2.50 for International Shipping.

 

Do you Combine Postage?

The Postage and Packaging for any additional items you buy is Free so you won't spend anymore than the standard set amount for postage. This allows you to spend more on the goodies within my store.

 

What Payment do you accept?

All payments are made through paypal which accepts all major Credit or Debit Cards.  Paypal does not require you to sign up to use them however you can sign in if you are registered with them to make payment from you balance.

 

How secure is the payment process?

As stated above all payments are processed through paypal.  It is simple and easy to use and is a secure service. Paypal uses industry leading data encryption to safeguard your personal and financial information. Do you accept Cheques or Postal Orders?

Yes I accept both Cheques and uncrossed postal orders.  Please send them within 7 days of purchase and allow 7 days clearing for cheques before your items are posted.

 

When will my Order Arrive?

Your order will usually be posted within 48 hours from receiving a cleared payment and you should expect delivery a few days after postage if you live in the UK. International Customers can expect delivery up to 10 days from postage.

 

Do you accept Returns?

Unfortunately I don't accept returns however if you are desperately unhappy with your purchase then I will accept returns at my discretion.
